Clark is a senior commercial leader and Director with 20+ years’ experience delivering major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia. With qualifications in engineering, law and business, he combines technical insight with strong commercial capability to drive high-performance outcomes.

He has led national teams on complex projects, supporting contractors, partners and asset owners from early project shaping through to delivery. His expertise includes procurement, commercial management, risk planning, partner alignment and performance improvement, and he is known for delivering large-scale programs with clarity and commercial confidence.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/CONCRETE KING

 Joel oversees construction, project delivery, and client relationships at BuildIQ Group, playing a central role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly from concept through to completion. With a strong background in structural concrete, he brings deep technical expertise and a practical, solutions-focused mindset to every stage of the build process.

He leads multidisciplinary teams across residential and commercial projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality expectations. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Joel is actively involved on-site and in planning phases, identifying potential challenges early and implementing strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Monte brings extensive industry experience across major infrastructure and multi-disciplinary building projects, both locally and internationally. His portfolio includes large-scale road and rail developments alongside complex building projects, giving him a well-rounded and adaptable approach to project delivery.

He has been involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from early project development, tendering, and procurement through to design management and construction delivery. Monte leads teams with a strong focus on coordination and performance, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Having progressed from Site Engineer through to Operations Director, he combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-driven mindset. 

PROJECT MANAGER

With over 40 years of experience working in construction and project management roles within the heavy civil, building construction and rail sectors. Brian’s experience covers design and construct hard dollar and Alliancing model contracting. Having worked with tier one contractors including McConnell Dowell, John Holland, UGL, Thiess, Barclay Mowlem, Transfield and Abigroup. Brian has also gained significant overseas experience having worked in Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Qatar & Iraq. Brian is a highly experienced construction professional with sound project and construction management knowledge and exceptional in problem solving and value engineering whilst working closely with the design team, his knowledge enables Brian to challenge design and look for better value solution. 

MARKETING MANAGER

B.Mktg&Com, B.MktAdPr, BPNP.

Brianna is a well-rounded marketing professional with 6 years of high-level experience delivering creative and results-driven campaigns. She brings a diverse skill set spanning website design, graphic design, digital advertising, photography and videography, enabling her to produce cohesive and engaging brand experiences across multiple platforms.

Her expertise extends to content strategy, social media management, brand development, campaign planning and execution, SEO and analytics, email marketing, and audience targeting. Brianna is skilled in translating business goals into compelling visual and digital content, optimising performance through data insights, and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth.

PROJECT ENGINEER

 Joe is a Project Engineer at Build IQ Group, bringing 4 years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering to the team. Currently working on our Moonee Ponds project, he plays an important role in coordinating site activities, maintaining project quality, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently. With a strong understanding of construction processes and a proactive approach on site, he consistently supports the team in keeping the project running smoothly.

A dedicated Richmond Tigers supporter, he’s proven he can stay loyal and committed even through the tough seasons — which makes him well suited to construction project management.
